New president of Veronafiere

Ettore Riello is the new President of VeronaFiere. He was elected for the three-year period 2009-2012. The new Board of Directors alongside President Ettore Riello includes Marco Bisagno, Raffaele Bonizzato, Guidalberto di Canossa, Sandro Casali, Giuseppe Fedrigoni, Massimo Giorgetti, Nicola Moscardo and Claudio Valente.

I consider it a great responsibility and a great privilege to guide VeronaFiere over the next few years: it is one of the most important economic realities in Verona and Italy as a whole and strategic for the growth of the real economy of our territory," said President Ettore Riello. "We are faced by a number of important challenges and a far from simple market context. Yet we also have the strength based on years of rewarding work and important relationships in Italy and abroad that can be further implemented at the service of development in the near future."

Ettore Riello, 53 years old, took a degree in business economy at Cà Foscari Venice University and is President and managing director of Riello Group SpA, the industrial holding  and leader in Italy and world-wide in domestic and residential heating systems, air conditioning, combustion and co-generation  technologies with special emphasis on sustainable energy.

Riello Group boasts turnover of about 600 million euro and  operates 9 factories with 2200 employees; thanks to a sales network comprising 14 international companies and 8 representation offices, the company has clients in more than 60 countries.
