Levantina exhibits at international fairs

Lavantina stand at the Vitoria Fair

As part of its expansion strategy and world reaffirmation as a benchmark in the Natural Stone sector, Levantina has started the year off by participating in two events key to its principal focus on world orders. As has already been the norm, for days the Vitoria Stone Fair becomes a meeting point in Brazil for stone professionals, an event that Levantina cannot miss. Attendance was excellent, with visits from a large number of the general public interested in the novelties presented by the Spanish firm, such as four new materials from its exotic granite collection: Stormy Night, Toscana Gold, Santa Elena and a new Branco Romano, stones the esthetic and uniqueness of which confer exclusivity on the environment where they are used.

An additional novelty, the new QUARTZIA® series was presented, which includes the Starry Night and Red Saphire colours. A blue and a red join the already-existing array, thus providing greater opportunities for combination and design for kitchens and baths. In this manner, the wide choice of Levantina is complete, including products such as marbles, limestone, granites, TECHLAM® porcelain sheets and the QUARTZIA® quartz surface.

At the same time, Levantina has become a member of the group of companies that have participated in the Surface Design Show, the London fair which is a reference in solutions for solid surfaces. Excellent attendance revolved completely around the technical profile of the visitor: architects, designers, interior designers and contract specialists. It was an opportunity for the Company to take advantage of in order to promote the suitability of their products for their use in interior projects such as the recently inaugurated, The Lancasters, luxury residences located in the heart of Hyde park and for which Levantina has supplied Crema Marfil and Marron Emperador.

Within this same framework, TECHLAM® porcelain has been one of the products tested in ‘The Extraordinary Testing Station’, organised by the University of Huddersfield. The expert on materials at this university, Jo Harris, has experimented on this surface and managed to create satin textures, the tact of which recalls cotton. Jo Harris has highlighted the fact that this product is a technological innovator, thereby proving with her tests that TECHLAM® is not only a sheet with flat colors, but rather is capable of supporting different textures.
By participating at both, the leading position of this multinational in these countries is re-enforced, being the cornerstones for the expansion and internationalisation of the company. Levantina has 3 warehouses in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Serra) and 2 in the United Kingdom. (Basingstoke and Rotherham).
